Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every bag and belt from Clarisse’s Leather. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Order cancellations: Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of placing the order. Please email us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist before processing begins.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Process: Email support@clarissesleather.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll reply with the return instructions and the correct return address.
- Return shipping: We do not offer free returns; the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Return destination: Returns must be sent directly to our fulfillment partner in Asia (address provided in the return authorization email).

Customers outside these regions should contact us before initiating a return.
Tip: Please use a trackable service and keep your receipt. Unauthorised or untracked returns may delay processing.
Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and to approve or reject the refund based on the condition of the item.
Processing: If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to post the credit.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Items returned outside the policy window or not in original condition may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company — posting times vary.
- Contact your bank — processing times can add delays.

Exchanges
Damaged or defective items: We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@clarissesleather.com with your order number, description, and photos showing the issue.
If the exact model is unavailable, we’ll offer a repair, equivalent replacement, or refund according to availability and policy.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
