Orders & Processing
- How long does processing take?
- Processing typically takes 0–3 business days. Each bag is carefully inspected before dispatch.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best to help. Email us as soon as possible at support@clarissesleather.com. Once processing/shipping begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- Will I receive an order confirmation?
- Yes — we’ll email your order confirmation immediately after checkout. A second email with tracking details is sent once your order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
- What are the delivery times?
- Standard delivery is usually 0–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, we’re happy to offer free shipping for eligible destinations. Any exceptions or paid options are shown at checkout.
- Can I track my order?
- Absolutely. Every parcel includes a tracking number. You’ll receive it via email as soon as your order ships.
- Are customs or duties included?
- Customs duties/taxes may apply in some countries and are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in our prices.
- What if my package is lost or damaged?
- Please notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return window?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, with original tags/packaging.
- How do I start a return?
- Email support@clarissesleather.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the steps.
- Do you offer exchanges?
- Where available, we can exchange for color/model of equal value or assist with a return + new purchase.
- Are there items that cannot be returned?
- Final-sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized orders are not returnable unless defective.
- When will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your provider to post the credit.
Payments & Security
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Yes. Payments are processed securely and we do not store full card details.
- Are taxes included in the price?
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout per local regulations.
BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free)
- How does the offer work?
- The promotion applies only to products listed in our BOGO Collection or clearly labeled “BOGO”. Add any two eligible items to the cart and the lower-priced item is discounted automatically at checkout (unless otherwise stated).
- Can I mix styles or colors?
- Unless specified, yes — you can mix styles and colors within the BOGO collection.
- How do returns work for BOGO?
- Returns must include both items. If you keep one and return the other, the refund reflects the full price of the retained item.
- Can I stack other discounts?
- BOGO may not be combined with other promotions/coupons unless explicitly stated.
Leather Care
- How should I care for my bag?
- Keep it dry, avoid prolonged sunlight, and condition periodically with a neutral leather conditioner. Avoid chemicals and abrasive surfaces.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes — our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee covers manufacturing defects (stitching, hardware, workmanship) under normal use. Email support@clarissesleather.com with photos and your order number to start a claim.
